2. Connect with Dr. Bri for an Assessment - Speak with movement expert, Dr. Bri, from the comfort of your home via Google Meet. You will have 1 hour of one on one undivided attention from a provider in a private and secure setting to discuss all your concerns and goals. You will undergo a series of movements to help identify your specific movement deficits hindering you from performing your best and/or causing you pain.​​​

3. Personalized Program - From there, you will receive a customized program tailored specifically to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.​​

4. Accountability & Empowerment - You will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on the right path and progressing as you should. No more doing the same 3-4 exercises every week with no progression or guidance. As you improve, your exercises will also to help you continue moving forward!
