One-on-one care from wherever you are. Dr. Bri leads personalized 1 hour sessions via secure video—convenient, effective, and tailored to your recovery & performance goals. Full access to apersonalized program created by Dr. Bri through our app with 24/7 access to Dr. Bri for questions, program progressions, and check-ins.

In-Person Physical Therapy

1 hour one-on-one sessions with , hands-on care built around your goals to get you back running, lifting - you name it - PAIN FREE. You get consistent support from the same provider, Dr. Bri, with true knowledge in athletics to ensure continuity and better outcomes than traditional PT that fails to bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

My name is Bri and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Athletic Trainer specializing in sports injury rehab and performance training, with a special interest in runners & hybrid athletes! I have ran two world major marathons myself and have developed a huge passion for the hybrid lifestyle and guiding people through it with NO PAIN.

I'm here to change the injury rehab game & provide you with REAL results by bridging the gap between rehab & performance. Moving and performing your best starts here.

Whether you're dealing with a nagging injury or just seeking to enhance performance - I’m here to provide you with expert care and guidance to heal and return even stronger than before. Not only will I give you the guidance to reach your goals

The 1:1 Virtual Injury Rehab Process

By Athletes, For Athletes: Recover. Rebuild. Perform.

1. Book your free consultation call with Dr. Bri - Here you will have the opportunity to talk to Dr. Bri about your concerns and ask any questions you may have. Dr. Bri will help provide guidance on how virtual injury rehab can benefit you. Once it's decided that you will be a good fit for one another, Dr. Bri can book your virtual assessment for you.

2. Connect with Dr. Bri for an Assessment - Speak with movement expert, Dr. Bri, from the comfort of your home via Google Meet. You will have 1 hour of one on one undivided attention from a provider in a private and secure setting to discuss all your concerns and goals. You will undergo a series of movements to help identify your specific movement deficits hindering you from performing your best and/or causing you pain.

3. Personalized Program - From there, you will receive a customized program tailored specifically to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

4. Accountability & Empowerment - You will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are on the right path and progressing as you should. No more doing the same 3-4 exercises every week with no progression or guidance. As you improve, your exercises will also to help you continue moving forward!

Success Stories

I started my running journey in January of 2023 and that entire year I was plagued by ITB pain. I had dreams of running ultramarathons but after completing my first marathon in October of 2023, I knew I’d never be able to run longer distances if I did not find an answer. I came to see Bri the beginning of 2024 after signing up for my first ultramarathon. I had seen another PT the previous year with little to no improvement so I was not overly optimistic. With only a 2 month training window before a 50k and a hobbled left leg, she came to the rescue. Within one week of treatment and a home exercise plan that she created, I felt improvement. After 4 weeks of treatment, I completed a 15mi trail run with 4k feet of elevation and had ZERO pain in my knee or IT band. It was a miracle and I cannot describe the joy I felt. That 15 mile run was a religious experience. I had never been able to run without pain and anything further than 10 miles was debilitating. I had considered abandoning running so many times in that first year. Now I feel confident going into my 50k and have been able to experience all of the bliss from running without any of the pain. She has enabled me to continue my dream of running longer distances and now I feel sky is the limit. I have and will continue to recommend anyone to Bri, she is amazing!!

  • Do you take insurance?
    No, we offer cash based services only at a very reasonable price.
  • Benefits of cash based vs. insurance PT model?
    - Care is not dictated or limited by insurance billing and number of allowed visits. - Clients get better faster with a cash based setting because they receive more personalized 1:1 care than 2-3 patients at a time like traditional settings. - We are able to spend more time with a patient because we don't have to meet billing requirements for insurance purposes.
  • If I had surgery, can I still do virtual PT?
    It depends! This is one reason why a free consultation is offered so we can decide if virtual is a good fit or if you would be better served with in-person services.
